Given the experience acquired over years, particularly in the lifetime of the company we have adopted the concepts of “Semi-independent work groups”. This concept involves raising isolated teams of works groups led by a project manager, assisted by an engineer with experienced foremen and their groups of artisans
completing the work-group.
The concept has proved very successful for reasons of a family-type interaction of members of the group and the high mobility of the work force. Quite often the foremen are men retired from services of the first generation of big-time construction companies. The over –all advantage to the company has been the endless possibilities in terms of simultaneous execution of projects.
